Shipping Fee & Delivery Timeline

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email containing your courier tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s official website.

Delivery Delays While we strive to deliver your order within 3 to 5 days, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or courier operational issues beyond our control.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing an order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the receiver is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to us.

Damaged Packages If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please inspect it immediately and contact us at smraheel08@gmail.com with clear photos/videos so we can assist you right away.
